Mahopac 18 & Under wins Ice Time Memorial Day Tournament
On Saturday, May 31, the Mahopac 18 & Under Team defeated Mamaroneck 10-5 to win the Gold Medals at the first Ice Time Memorial Day Tournament.
Also at the Tournament, the Wesco Phantoms captured its third tournament by beating East Fishkill 8-2 in the finals.

Mahopac Shines at the Regionals
Mahopac players, teams and coaches participated in this year's Regional Tournament in Newburgh, NY on May 17 & 18 with great results.
On Saturday, Bob Buckley's and John Hangach's team won the 12 & Under tournament becoming the first Mahopac team to win an outside tournament. Harri Stock had a team competing in the 10 & Under group.
On Sunday, the Wesco Phantoms won their second straight tournament. The Phantoms are a team of select 16 & Unders players made up from Mahopac, East Fishkill, Cortlandt and Yorktown. Representing Mahopac was players Rich Barletta, Chris Mastrocola and coach Jaime Latasa.

Effective immediately, any cursing by players or coaches will be penalized as per Rule 601 in the USA Hockey Inline rule book.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT
All players are required to wear shin guards, elbow pads and a mouth piece. Any player that skates without the proper equipment will receive a two mintue penalty for a first offense and a game miscounduct for a second offense. NO EXCEPTIONS!
